Della reaped the rewards of being a very much loved only child ... and mama's love of shopping on Amazon.
We started the party with some balloons ... which were probably her most favorite gift.
Della picked up on wrapping paper tearing pretty quickly ...
Here Aunt Arlene provided some cloth books which Della adores ...
Possibly a little overwhelmed ...
Family friends Scott & Renee provided Della with much needed winter gear.
Nana found her a FJ Cruiser and GG provided a hammer and blocks ... both of which received immediate attention. I was surprised a how well she wielded a hammer.
After seeing her enjoyment in the ball pool at the Twin's summer birthday I couldn't resist ...
Although there will be many evenings of ball chasing for mama I'll enjoy every minute because Della LOVES her ball tent.
Sesame Street and Elmo is Della's favorite evening entertainment so I scrounged up a classic (used) tickle me Elmo. Remember the craze when they were first released back in '96? Turns out they don't even make them anymore ... Elmo has moved on to LOL Elmo and a fully robotic version that gyrates on the floor. This vintage cuddly one was perfect for Della ... although I think she's still more fascinated by the eyes than anything.
